 When I considered selling my home, I made and appointment with Christy to possibly list with her. At the initial meeting, Christy came completely prepared with comps for the neighborhood, time on the market, and recent selling prices. Se was very organized and had everything so it was easy to navigate through. I was impressed at the time she took to prepare herself. She told my she could have my house sold in two weeks and in actuality it sold to the second person that looked at it for asking price.
